Today in Orange County, the high winds and rain are bad then it gets badder. Well, as the Weather Forecast is figureing out the Forecast for tomorrow and on, we meaning the whole city, is going to be watching out for Blackouts. But the happy news, if you go to the mall and your worried about your children getting lost in the mall, theres a new daycare, its called "Mallcare" Ages 1-17. Open Sunday-Saturday. And thats all we know.
